Travis Country Common Trail of Tears
Sam, Alan and I rode together for the first time.
What normally takes 20 minutes took 1.5 hrs.
In the first 20 yards, my back tire was flat. We stood over it for 20 minutes trying to figure out to replace the tube. We fixed the flat and we were off again. I rode for another 20 yards before THE TIRE FELL OFF! I guess I didn't tighten it well enough. We then spent another 10 trying to figure out how to put the thing back on properly. After that, Alan had a pinched flat - another 15 intues waiting for the glue to dry. We joked Sam was going to take us off his riding email list. After the ride, I realized I lost my pump - what a mess.
We offered it up. The next will be much better.
